WaterJet Cutting
Cold-cutting precision for metals and engineering plastics. No heat-affected zone, no thermal distortion, no compromise.
What Is WaterJet Cutting?
Waterjet cutting is SendCutBend’s primary service, and for good reason. It’s a precise, versatile cutting method that works across a far wider range of materials and thicknesses than laser or plasma cutting, without the heat damage that comes with either.
Waterjet cutting uses an ultra-high-pressure stream of water, with or without abrasive material mixed in, to cut through a wide range of materials. Because it’s a cold-cutting process, no heat is generated during cutting.
Why Choose SendCutBend for WaterJet Cutting?

Clean, smooth edges with no thermal distortion or metallurgical changes

Wide material compatibility, from metals to engineering plastics

No minimum order quantity, whether you need one part or a batch
More About Waterjet Cutting

Large-Format Capability
Our waterjet cutting capacity covers everything from small, intricate parts to large-format sheet cutting, supported by multiple cutting heads running simultaneously. That means faster turnaround on high-volume orders and the ability to nest multiple parts efficiently from a single sheet, without compromising on precision.

Abrasive WaterJet
Water mixed with a fine abrasive material to cut hard materials including metals and other dense materials. Capable of cutting substantial thicknesses with a clean, consistent edge.

Pure WaterJet
Water only, with no abrasive, used for softer materials such as foams, plastics, rubber, and textiles. Produces an extremely narrow cut with very little material loss.

Materials We Cut
We cut a broad range of metals and engineering plastics using waterjet, including aluminium alloys, copper, brass, stainless steel, and a selection of engineering plastics. Available in a wide range of thicknesses.
