How It Works

From upload to delivery, here’s exactly what happens when you order with SendCutBend.

Three Simple Steps

Send

Upload your component CAD file removing drawing borders & any other detail. A variety of formats can sent, however STEP files work well. Bent components can be processed in their formed view. You can also upload a PDF print to aide manufacturing.

Cut

Select your preferred processing 3D Printing, Plastics, CNC Sheetmetal or CNC Machining along with the material & thickness from our stocklist. Select the manufacturing tolerance, quantity required and delivery timeframe.

Bend

Add any post-process options. Threaded holes, Anodising, Powder Coating or Zinc Plating. Your component price will be instantly calculated along with any applicable discounts. Add to your basket & check out using our online pre-pay facility.
